- Prices
- The prices on the site do not include shipping fees.
- If a product sells out after you order
- We will let you know, and you can choose an equivalent alternative product, or a full refund.
- The images
- The images are for illustration. A handmade product may differ slightly in shade, shape or size.
Cancellations and returns.

Terms and conditions- 1You can cancel a purchase within 14 days of the transaction, by written notice: by registered mail, by email, by fax or through the site.
- 2Your money will be refunded after deducting a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
- 3There is no return or credit for a product that has been used. A cream that has been opened and used cannot be returned either.
- 4A custom-made product cannot be cancelled, and is charged at its full price.
- 5A defective product? We will replace it, or refund its value.
