Terms and Conditions of Use

• The products on the site are not medicines, and they have no medical indication.
• The site does not provide medical diagnosis or medical advice. The information on the site is intended only to broaden your knowledge of the products.
• In any medical condition, consult your family doctor or a specialist. The information on the site is not a substitute for medical advice.
• We are not responsible for improper use of the information on the site, or for any medical or other damage related to the information or the products. The products do not improve a person's health across the board, and no claim will be made against us in this regard.
• These terms define the legal relationship between you and us: the terms of use of the site, and the terms of ordering and delivery. Using the site or the services means you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
• We may update these terms at any time. We may also change the site (structure, design, content), the services, their scope and their availability, charge for content and services, and add or discontinue services, without prior notice. No claim will be made against us because of such changes, or because of faults that occur while they are carried out.
• Some of the services are provided through third parties, and you undertake to act in accordance with their terms of use.
• These terms apply to use from any device: computer, phone, tablet and the like, and to all of our services.
• Nothing in these terms derogates from the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, or from its regulations, except where it is permitted to contract out of them.
• We do our best to keep the information on the site complete and accurate. Even so, inaccuracies, errors, omissions or outdated information may occur in good faith, and we are not responsible for them.
• The images are for illustration only. The product you receive may differ in appearance, shade and size from the product in the image. A clerical error in a description or a price does not bind us.
• Please read the product's instructions for use, if there are any; this is your responsibility. We are not responsible for damage caused by unreasonable use of the products.
• Liability for a defective product is limited to replacing it or refunding its value, and in any case will not exceed its purchase price.
• You may not copy or use content from the site, or allow others to do so, in any way or for any purpose, including on other websites or in other publications.
• Any person or company with legal capacity may use the site. We may prevent use of the site, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice, among other things in the case of: an unlawful act, a breach of these terms, knowingly providing false details, or an action that may harm the site, the services, our suppliers or a third party.

• An inquiry through the Contact us form counts as registering to receive information about the services. Please provide full and accurate details.
• The content on the site (features, articles and publications) is general information, not personal advice: not medical, not paramedical and not behavioral. You rely on it at your own responsibility alone, and it is not a recommendation.
• We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, financial or otherwise, including medical or consequential damage, or loss of profits or data, caused by use of the site, the services, the content, or information provided before or during the service.

• The services include, among other things, natural cosmetics and apothecary products, soaps, candles and workshops.
• We will do our best to provide the services as agreed in the order. This is a commitment to make every effort, not a commitment to a result: providing the service depends on many circumstances, some of which are beyond our control.
• The services are provided as they are (AS IS), with no representation as to their nature, quality or fitness for a particular purpose. We will not be liable for direct or indirect damage caused by the services, or by a fault in or interruption of them.

The services and the site may experience interruptions, disruptions and faults in software, hardware, communications or infrastructure. We will not be liable for direct or indirect damage caused by them.

• We may discontinue payment methods, add other methods, and set different payment arrangements.
• Right after the transaction, a confirmation will be sent to you by email. If the transaction was not approved, a message will appear on the site, and you can try again. If you were charged by mistake, let us know and we will credit you.
• Please provide correct and accurate details with every purchase.
• The prices on the site do not include shipping fees. Home delivery arrives within 7 business days at most. All the details on delivery and pickup are on the shipping page.
• We keep track of our stock. If a product turns out to be sold out after you order, we will let you know, and you can choose an equivalent alternative product or a full refund.

• You may cancel a purchase within 14 days of the transaction, by written notice: by registered mail, by email, by fax or through the site.
• Your money will be refunded after deducting a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
• There is no return or credit for a product that has been used, including a cream that has been opened and used. A product that has not been used can be returned under the conditions above and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
• A custom-made product cannot be cancelled, and is charged at its full price.

• You may cancel a workshop within 14 days of the day you booked it, provided the cancellation is made at least 14 days, not counting rest days, before the date of the workshop.
• Your money will be refunded after deducting a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower.

We may cancel or discontinue a service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason. We will let you know, and we will not charge you for a service that was not provided.

• All intellectual property rights, including copyright, trade secrets, the name of the site and its trademarks (registered or not), belong to us or to third parties who have allowed us to use them. These rights apply to all the data and services on the site.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, market, rent out or translate content from the site, including trademarks, images, texts and the design of the products, without prior written permission.

• We are not responsible for damage from the use of information on external websites that the site links to.
• We are not responsible for damage related to the use of the site, its performance or the services.
• We are not responsible for unlawful activity by visitors to the site, or by any party that is not under our full control.

• Only Israeli law applies to the site, the orders, the services and these terms.
• In any dispute, the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
